SHIPPING

All items other than small accessories will be shipped using a ‘Tracked and Signed For’ service.

Please do get in touch if the shipping fee calculated for your order looks excessive...it can be reviewed and adjusted if need be.

Please also note that any overpayment of shipping fees at checkout will be refunded.

Customers are solely responsible for any import/customs duties and taxes due on their purchase. Please also be aware that Tinker & Belle will not be held responsible for orders that are delayed in customs.

RETURNS

If you purchase a garment that is in any way unsatisfactory it can be returned within 14 days of receipt to obtain a full refund.

Refunds will not include the cost of postage.

The returned item must be as new, unworn and unwashed.

To return an item please repackage your order with care and include details of the order. A copy of the receipt is ideal.

Returned garments that are lost or damaged in transit cannot be refunded.
