Design features:
- plain peter pan collar. No piping.
- puff sleeves with narrow plain cuffs. No piping
- bodice has raised waistline (higher than natural waist).
- sash band around the front waist.
- side ties to fasten in bow at back.
- matching cloth covered buttons to fasten back of bodice.
- generous full skirt with soft tulle netting to give the skirt a little more volume.
